Alpe di Colonno - 2 lake view

By crossing the old village of Pigra we will get soon the old muletrack that was used before the road built during the First World War to get the highest pasture. An uphill under the wood at first until we get the ridge of the mountain, where we can have the opportunity to have a 360 ° view of Lake Como, Lake Lugano and the valley that is on our foot.
Once arrived to Alpe di Colonno (eventually there is the possibility to have lunch, depending on the season) and after taking a break by looking the stunning view the hike follows the famous “via dei monti lariani” path .
